PLOT 9, WORCESTER SIX

Purpose built warehouse facility for international bathroom and plumbing supplies manufacturer, Kohler Mira, including loading docks and 2-storey office accommodation with space for future expansion. The building will include a significant photovoltaic array on the roof which should generate up to 1MW of power. Landscaping works included ecological habitats such as retaining a veteran oak tree, providing dead wood stacks and creating bee-friendly pollinator posts to encourage biodiversity.
